Prakash Asphaltings & Toll Highways (I) Ltd. referred as PATH (I) Ltd. have been promoted in July, 1996 by Mr. Puneet Agrawal, Mr. Nitin Agrawal & Smt. Santosh Agrawal with an Authorized Capital of Rs. 100 Lacs.

The promoters inherited the business of road & bridges construction & toll tax collection from their father & uncles who were doing the same for the last three decades. 

The company has steady growth since starting of its business. It is reorganized player in the highways construction & infrastructure development in Central India. The firm has very good reputation and goodwill in the construction of roads & bridges and have track record of completing all the major works before the scheduled time. 

The company takes up challenging jobs & executes them to the full satisfaction of its client. The company has experienced manpower & most modern construction and maintenance equipment with new technology. 

The company has reversed the road sectors usual pattern by completing projects well ahead of schedule. It is a closely held public limited company. The main function of the company is to construct, erect, built repairs and renovate all kinds of buildings, structures, roads, railways, bridges, canals, ports etc. on build, operate and transfer basis (BOT).
