Our Company believes that potential of existence can be harnessed through co-existence, as business is a sub set of wide social, political and economic canvass. The Company has always been frontrunner in advancement of noble social cause, since its incorporation. Our overall business behavior is socially responsible and deeply committed towards preserving and promoting human and social values. While executing the Road Construction, We try to save the trees to the extent possible and try to transplant the trees, in nearby area, by incurring additional cost and taking pains in the process. We have a separate team within our organization dedicated for plantation activities and green highway. We strictly follow environmental friendly construction practice during execution of the project, to save the environment. We have taken various initiatives by imbibing and promoting in truck drivers virtues of safe driving habits..

Believing in this holistic philosophy, Our Organization has always been concerned and active in taking up good social cause from time to time, imparting training and new skills set for brightening the career path of youth , employing handicapped employees and deputing them for suitable jobs. We are fair in employing talented and dynamic work force and there is no gender bias. Our Company is proud to be among very few companies to have women directors in the Board since the inception of the Company in 1996, much before it is made mandatory by Companies Act,2013. The Promoter of the Company are actively and personally involved in Jai Govind Gopinath School of Mhow, which was founded by the grandfather of the Director

We have organized our initiatives of CSR by Constitution of a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and formulation of a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy as per the requirement of new Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly, the Company has formulated its’ CSR Policy which guides its sustained efforts for carrying and supporting socially useful programs, which may be found available on the website.
