Position: Contracts Engineer

Place: Head Office – Mhow (Indore)

Experience: 2 years min.

Qualifications Required:

Civil Engineer with 2 years experience of working under Contracts / Tenders / Project Management in Infrastructure Projects (Roads, Bridges, Highways, etc)
or
Civil Engineer with MBA in Construction Management or Equivalent (NICMAR/RICS/Similar B-Schools will be advantage).

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Well acquainted with PPP Model Concession Agreement and management / drafting of day to day Technical and Commercial Correspondence with NHAI / State Authorities and other department.
2. Preparation and filing of Claims on account of Force Majeure, delays etc. and Extension of time.
3. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract as per the project requirement and assisting in overall smooth execution of contract.
4. Preparation of Work Orders and project reports.
5. Must have core competencies like negotiation, commercial acumen, proactive, good communication etc.
6. Filing and management of documents and other correspondence

Key Skills Required for Job:

1. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
2. Proficiency in Word and Excel
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP)
