HISTORY & BACKGROUND OF THE BUSINESS
(i)
BOT
PROJECTS
The company is a pioneer in
this sector, having entered in the sector as early as
1996; the company has successfully completed 4 BOT
projects. The outstanding achievement of the company is
that all four projects were completed before scheduled
time & within the projected cost. Most importantly the
toll collection on all the projects is as per the
projections of the company.
(ii)
HIGHWAY MANGEMENT CONTRACTS
The company is managing
three sections under Golden Quadrilateral for National
Highways Authority of India (NHAI) covering a length of
240 Kms. of 4-lane road. The services being provided
include providing and maintaining:

Patrols of the highway. |

(2) Ambulance with
paramedical staff. |

(3) Pick and carry
cranes |

(4) Highway
Communication System. |
|
(5) Maintenance of
the highway. |
|
(6) Collection of
toll from users of the highway. |

(7) Watch and ward
of the highway assets. |

CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS ON
PAYMENT BASIS
PATH is successfully
carrying out construction contracts of state and
national highways of various departments.
