Puneet Agrawal
S/o Late Shri. Prakash Chandra Agrawal – aged 38 years
is a postgraduate in commerce and done course of
management. He has promoted M/s Prakash Chandra Agrawal
in 1983 and is having 20 years experience as managing
partner in civil construction. He has promoted the
company and has been a pioneer in BOT works in the
state.
He has also managed toll
collection contract in various places viz. Raipur, Goa,
Indore, Ajmer etc. He is actively associated with
society as Jaycees member and holds various posts in
Agrawal community of Mhow. He is managing trustee and
member Board of governors of famous school of Mhow Shri
Jai Govind Gopinath Charitable Trust and education
society respectively. He is an active member of the
Builders Association of India and Hot Mix Plant Owners
Association of M.P. He is a citizen devoted to the
development and upliftment of the society.

Nitin Agrawal
S/o Late Shri. Prakash Chandra Agrawal – aged 37 years
is an Engineering graduate in Production Engineering and
diploma in management. He has 12 years experience of
civil construction. He looks after the technical aspects
of the projects
apart from day to day
management of the various sites along with his brother.
He has acquired expertise in Runway Asphalting. He is
also active member of various Societies and a member of
the Old Dalians Association. He is ambitious and wants
to do challenging jobs with application of new
management techniques in his business.

Smt.
Santosh Agrawal
W/0 Shri. Prakash Chandra Agrawal – aged 59 years. She
is an art graduate, Maharani College, Jaipur. She is
very kind hearted and social lady and close observer of
business from her husband’s time. She was a partner in
the parent firm M/s Jai Govind Gopinath that had carried
out several prestigious road and bridge contracts. This
gives her additional courage to settle her sons in
family business and give them valuable suggestions to
increase business. She is the President of Agrawal
Ladies Club, Mhow, Happy Club, Mhow and an active member
of Red Cross Society.
