The construction process, right through planning and design to use and demolition, has a major impact on society. Traditionally, concern has been focused on its environmental impact and the quest for sustainability, but this has now extended into the wider remit of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

• Safety and Welfare of Employees: The Company attaches enormous importance to the safety, health and welfare of its workers. Adequate safety measures are implemented in execution of the construction operations at site. Workers are given sessions to voluntarily comply with safety measures, while performing their duties. The Company undertakes frequent training programs to improve and upgrade skills of its employees. Employees are often motivated to enhance their educational qualification by joining suitable courses in their respective domain and   scholarships are provided to meet the cost of education.
• Environment:The top management of the Company provides extra attention to the environmental aspects of the Project. Authority is often requested to permit design changes, in order to minimize tree cutting in the area. Green Belt along the Road is developed and maintained to provide a beautiful look to the surrounding area. The Company has also joined hands with the local government for Trans planting of old trees.
• Community: The Company enjoys good reputation in the area wherever it starts execution of Project. It contributes to the regional socio economic development by arranging get together for good social cause, from time to time. Promoters run a School, in the area of its registered office, under a Trust, to provide affordable and quality education to the poor and deprived section of the society.
• Participation: The Company believes in participative approach in conducting business operations. Employees are considered as perfect partner in growth and development of Company.
• Ethical Business Conduct: The Company has kept its wasteful expenditures under control which has enabled it to quote competitive and economically sustainable rates to the satisfaction of customer. The Company believes in material compliance with various applicable laws. It contributes to the exchequer by way of direct and indirect taxes every year.
• Sponsorship: The Company is sponsoring various initiatives having noble social cause having relevance to its area of expertise. Traffic awareness program with Truck drivers and understanding of traffic signals are spread by arranging interesting program.

We are working towards sustainability as well as becoming more and more responsible towards society. Taking steps in Minimising Air, Land and Water Pollution and preventing accidents is our primary concern. We transplant trees at a construction site rather than cutting them wherever possible. We also try to recycle the waste, dismantled and excavatedmaterials into something productive.
